One of my greatest joys is to design participatory processes that harness collective insights and define ways of translating ideas into action. A few of the things I have done in the past involved designing and facilitating events.

I assist first-time collaborators in translating collaborative intent into concrete ways of doing to achieve common goals.

I help organisations with diverse portfolios harvest lessons from working differently with various stakeholders to inform decision-making.

I help organisations find the best way to articulate their ambitions and collectively find pathways to getting there.

I assist organisations in surfacing uncomfortable issues and deep-seated challenges and talk about them in a safe and constructive way.
